Partner with us

  • Sponsor a course

To build towards a better talent pool, companies can host courses to upskill students for their roles. Here, companies play a role in defining the curriculum and inviting company employees to volunteer as teachers.

  • Internship hosting

Partner companies can take in interns specialized in their industry for 3–6 months.
ReDI helps promote opportunities and facilitate the recruitment process.

  • Other support

To get involved in other ways, ReDI partners can also host company visits or workshops, participate in career fairs, share relevant job opportunities, or pen articles and opinion pieces for the media.

“To me, it’s incredible to get to support the diversity agenda in tech, and really support that we get more diversity in terms of genders and backgrounds in the industry, so we can develop more interesting and broad products”

— Maja Juhler, Azure Specialist at Microsoft and ReDI volunteer teacher

“There are many talented people who find it challenging to get that first job and gain experience in the job market. At the same time, there is a high demand for talented people, especially in the technology field. I find the ReDI school partnership highly relevant, as we give people a helping hand in their career, and build a new talent pool within the tech industry. At the same time, the interns bring energy, expertise and new perspectives to the table, so it’s a win-win situation”

— Frans Woelders, Group COO at Danske Bank.

”It's been an amazing journey to come into the Microsoft office and get knowledge from them. So, with the help of ReDI School I came closer to my future. Recently, I got an internship position in a startup company as an IT specialist. It's my first move towards an IT career, and I believe this will take me to my dream job as a data scientist.”

– Sugandh, Cloud Computing student

“I was so fascinated by the world of information technology but not confident enough to take steps towards it. I am highly grateful to my talented teachers for motivating me and my classmates in such a beautiful way that we all are so curious to learn more and more about cyber security.”
