Course Overview

All aspiring Front-End Developers, look this way! This is your first step to becoming a Junior Developer. In this course you will learn to use HTML/CSS+JavaScript+React.

*only with educational voucher (from Jobcenter or Arbeitsagentur)

Front-end developers are in high demand at many companies and are a great way to enter the IT industry as a career changer.

For all newcomers in Munich who want to qualify for a job in front-end development.

How to apply:

  1. Register here to get notified

  2. Ask your main contact person at the Jobcenter for a "Bildungsgutschein" (educational voucher) and mention ReDI School, ideally show them our flyer

  3. As soon as you have the "Bildungsgutschein", make an appointment with Wisam (wisam@redi-school.org)

  4. Next steps will be shared with you

  • How to design and build attractive, and user-friendly websites and apps using the latest technologies used by the majority of lead companies in the IT industry.

    Master web development technologies:

    • HTML / CSS

    • Web and Servers

    • Cloud-hosting

    • Web-design, UX/UI

    • Command-line, Git and GitHub

    • JavaScript and jQuery

    • TypeScript

    • React and SPA concept

      The last two weeks will be dedicated to developing a real-world project for your "Frontend Developer Portfolio", so it can be used as a showcase of your skills for future job interviews.

    • You speak English

    • You live in Munich or its surroundings

    • You are registered with the Job Center (Arbeits Agentur) and have approval for this course

    • You have a basic understanding of how to use computers, like working with files and documents, the internet, emails etc.

    • You are motivated to learn new digital skills and/or are looking for a job in IT

      Other Criteria:

    • Time availability applies (participants should not have any other commitments during the scheduled class time)

    • You can apply for "Frontend developer" internship / Junior Position, or for an Ausbildung as Fachinformatiker/in für Anwendungsentwickler.

    • You continue with us and complete the follow-up course "Backend Development" (Modul 2) to become a full stack developer
