Exciting Launch: New UX/UI and Full-Stack Part-Time Bootcamps Online!

We are thrilled to share some exciting news with you! ReDI School Cyberspace has just kicked off a brand-new semester, and with it, our latest part-time bootcamps in UX/UI Design and Full-Stack Development are taking place fully online. This marks a significant step in our mission to empower learners to become the next generation of IT talents!

Why We’re Excited About These Bootcamps

These bootcamps are designed with a clear intention: to provide a focused, project-based learning space where students can acquire the essential skills needed to secure an internship in the tech industry. Over the next 18 weeks, our 72 passionate learners will immerse themselves in an intensive curriculum, developing technical expertise through project development and the confidence to enter entry-level roles in the industry.

What You Can Expect
Our bootcamps are structured to be driven by the students. The learning is self-directed, with instructors acting more as coaches, guiding students through the challenges they’ll face. By the end of the program, every student had created a portfolio of three projects, gained hands-on experience, and had a clear path for further professional development toward an internship or entry-level position.

Projects Teaser

Timeline Highlights:

  • 18-week Bootcamp: Students finish a project every four weeks. In December, students showcase one of their unique projects on the Demo Day. The bootcamp will be completed with a career project by February.

  • Career Services: Starting in January, we’re launching targeted career support initiatives to equip students for the job market. These include interactive career workshops, networking events, and a four-week mentoring program. We welcome active collaboration with partners and companies on these opportunities to make a lasting impact on these programs!

  • Graduation: Mark your calendars for February, when our students will graduate and be #ReDI for the job market! Hiring companies can meet them in person at our next job fair.

We can’t wait to see the incredible projects our students will bring to life and are looking forward to sharing their success stories with you. Stay tuned for updates as we move closer to Demo Day and graduation!

Call for Mentors: Join Us in Shaping the Future of Tech!

We want to give the program a unique twist by encouraging the participants to work with a mentor during the career weeks. This will give them a sparring partner with whom to implement, practice and rehearse.  We believe that having a mentor who gives honest feedback and advice provides a chance to hone the skills necessary to master the application process!

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Mentors: Web developers and UX/UI designers with experience in the field.

  • Time Commitment: 2 hours per week in January, including one onboarding meeting and subsequent 3x2h mentoring sessions

Your Role:

As a mentor, you’ll work with two students, helping them understand the job market, map out their career goals, and practice mock technical interviews. This is a fantastic opportunity to give back to the community and shape the future of tech by supporting emerging talent.

Join us!

If you’re interested in becoming a mentor or supporting us as a career trainer for one workshop, you can use this interest form! Don’t hesitate to email us if you have any questions or want to chat about how you can get involved in our mission to empower the next generation of IT professionals!
