It’s a Match: herCAREER and ReDI School
CONGRATULATIONS! When a ReDI student finds a job, the whole team is proud and happy about this success. This time: Diana, a ReDI School student was hired by T-Systems, after meeting them at herCAREER!
ReDI School Munich and herCAREER join forces: We thought it would be a great opportunity to take a group of our female students on tour to visit several companies at herCAREER’s Job Expo. We both have the same goal: Empower women to enter the job market.
Natascha Hoffner and her team at herCAREER offered our ReDI School community free passes, including bus services for students at our other Germany locations.
With their support, we had an amazing turnout of 25 female learners who joined us on the tour, which included visits to Knorr-Bremse, Check24, NTT Data, Voith, Immoscout24 and so many more. The event was massive and definitely fun and informative for all of us.
The wonderful news came a few days later from Diana, one of our Python students from last semester - she had been hired by T-Systems, after meeting them at the herCAREER job fair. We are thrilled for Diana and wish her an amazing career, wherever it may take her!

Who We Are
The Talent Success Program provides career support throughout each semester for all our students and alumni in Germany. These include events, trainings & workshops and company visits as well as the mentoring program “ReDI Connect”, the ReDI Job Fair and the Talent Pool.
We consider it vital to offer career developement to all of our learners. In fact, at ReDI School we think it is as important as the technical skills we teach. The combination of soft skill trainings & providing a professional network makes our learners more confident, empowered and ready for the job market. Learn more below.
The core of our work is to empower and encourage more women to start a career in tech. We do this with the great support of the Federal Ministry of Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth and JP Morgan.
