Save the Digital Women Program: on April 4th, #LetsGetLoudForWomeninTech

At ReDI School of Digital Integration, we believe tech education is a right, not a privilege. Since 2017, our Digital *Women Program (DWP) has equipped over 5,000 *FINTA individuals, many from refugee and migrant backgrounds, with digital skills, mentorship, and career opportunities. However, due to a critical funding gap, the program is in danger of closing.

We need to raise €550,000 to keep the program running and ensure that 1,000+ participants can continue accessing free digital education, mentorship, and childcare each year.

Why This Matters

📉 FINTA remain underrepresented in tech – only 26.7% of the global tech workforce are FINTA.
*FINTA stands for female , intersex, non-binary, trans and agender people.

Our Impact since 2017:
✅ 92% of DWP graduates identify as FINTA, bridging the gender gap in tech
✅5,000+ FINTA trained from 127 nationalities
✅85% of DWP learners have a refugee background
✅50% of participants are mothers
✅92% of DWP learners graduate showing the program's impact

Without funding, our FINTA community will lose access to:

  • Free, part-time tech courses in coding, UX/UI design, and data analytics

  • 1:1 mentorship and career coaching

  • Gender-sensitive approach in curriculum and lesson planning

  • Childcare services to ensure mothers can participate

🚨 If we don't raise these funds, thousands of FINTA individuals will lose the opportunity to gain the skills they need to build their futures.
